Vale Ian "Mick" Wood

It is with great sorrow that I bring you the sad news of the passing of our friend and club member Ian "Mick" Wood. Mick passed away peacefully on Friday 22 March at the Atherton Hospital.

Mick loved shooting and shooting was truly his passion, that he kept alive as long as he could. He will be missed by many shooters who competed with him at Prize Meetings, Queens and National Team Matches.

Our thoughts and deepest sympathy goes to wife Sandy, family and friends.

Mick Wood’s funeral will take place at 11am on Monday 1 April 2019 at the Atherton Crematorium, 3 Nasser Road Atherton.

Please do not bring flower but make a donation to the Cancer Council.

The family requested that attendees from shooting clubs wear the NQRA blazer or their club shooting shirt.
